SAUVIGNON BLANC
GRAPE/VARIETY: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
VINEYARD: In the region of Demestiha, in the department of Achaia vines are cultivated at an altitude of 900m. The soil is a mixture of sand, clay and lime and the production about 700Kg per strema.
VINTAGE: Late September with a sugar concentration of 210g/L.
WINE: Green-yellow colour, aromas of mango, white-skin peach, melon, tones of basil and mint on the nose. Medium-weight wine, fruity, well balanced with a long aftertaste.
Serve at 12 °C with shellfish (mussels, oysters, combs, clams), fish marinated with herbs, pastas with seafood, fruits and sorbet desserts or crθme brϋlιe.
With an excellent storage it can be enjoyed for two more years from the vintage.
