GRIS DE NOIR
GRAPE/VARIETY: 100% Moschofilero
VINEYARD: In the region of Arkadia, in the village Agiorgitika grapes are cultivated at an altitude of 700m. The soil is clay and the production about 800Kg per strema.
VINTAGE: Early October with a sugar concentration of 215g/L.
WINE: Colourless with a hint of orange which in time will be deeper, aromas of ripe peach, apricot, rose, green apple and basil on the nose. Fruity, fresh, round with an excellent long finish of fruit on the palate.
Serve at 12 °C with octopus or squid cooked in their own juices, lobster, sole marinated with basil, pastas with basil and butter. Also serve as an aperitif or with fruits.
With an excellent storage it can be enjoyed for two more years from the vintage.
