GRAPE/VARIETY: 100% Moschofilero
VINEYARD: Carefully selected vineyards on the upper slopes of the Arkadia region at an altitude of 650m. The soil differs from sandy to clay and the production between 800-1400Kg per strema.
VINTAGE: Middle October with a sugar concentration of 190g/L
WINE: Pale yellow colour with a hint of green, aromas of citrus fruit flowers, rose, pear and jasmine on the nose. Vigorous, with high acidity and good fruity impact on the palate.
Serve at 10 °C with seashells, shrimps, crayfish, pastas with light white cream sauces and fruits.
With an excellent storage it can be enjoyed for about 1,5 years from the vintage.
